Pocal's Quality system is fully responsive to all our customer's requirements and can be an important asset to manufacturers requiring a contractor having a fully documented Quality System.

Pocal Industries' Quality Assurance System was established in 1987 to meet the requirements of MIL-Q-9858 (U.S. Government Guideline for Quality Systems). Pocal is currently integrating ISO 9001 into our existing system. These systems establish full document control of product, from material and supplies provided by vendors through Pocal's manufacturing and assembly process including inspection, testing, and packaging for delivery to our customers.

Documentation of the manufacturing process includes a fully integrated computerized Statistical Process Control (SPC) System that can monitor appropriate processes with "Real Time" SPC and provide fully documented statistical analysis of that process.

Pocal received the Quality Systems Qualification Award in March 2000. It was presented from the Defense Contract Management Command, Philadelphia-Reading. Only 17 awards have been presented based on over 200 regional area contractors.
